I Thessalonians 5:11 encourages us:

Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing.”

Our Men’s Small Groups which began meeting in the fall of 2021 present that opportunity to men of all ages at Coddle Creek ARP Church. Our purpose for this ministry is: To proclaim Christ through discipleship, prayer and friendship in men’s small groups.

There is a great need for men to support and build one another up in the Word of God and there is also a great need for men to develop friendships with one another. So, if you’d like to get dive into the Word of God and develop or deepen friendships with men in our congregation, small groups will be a great place to do that!

Men’s Small Groups

We currently have 3 Small Groups for our men:

  • Apollos Group,

  • Barnabas Group,

  • Gaius Group.

Each of our groups meet twice a month and share in life, share in the Word and share in prayer. Currently, sharing in the Word, entails a study of Hebrews.

The Apollos Group is led by Cody Davis and meets at the church on Thursday evenings at 7:00 pm.

The Barnabas Group is led by Luke Grigsby and meets at the church on Sunday evenings at 5:00 pm.

The Gaius Group is led by Mark Selles and meets at the church on Thursday mornings at 6:30 am.

If you are interesting in joining a group: please speak with Pastor Luke about the opportunity of small groups and which group would fit your schedule.

The LORD will certainly bless men after His own heart regularly meeting together to strengthen one another as iron sharpens iron.
