Chicken with creamy bacon sauce (from “Quick & Easy Dump Dinners”)
4 slices bacon, chopped
1 pound chicken breasts, cubed
1/2 package cream cheese
1/2 cup chicken stock
Pasta or rice, for serving
1. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the bacon and cook until crisp. Add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through.
2. Add the cream cheese and stir until melted. Stir in the chicken stock. Stir until creamy.
3. Serve the chicken over either pasta or rice for a complete meal.
